ESI Act extended to EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS

 

 
 
        Govt. of Punjab with the approval of the Central Govt. has extended all provisions of ESI Act to EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS w.e.f 12.06.2009 in the areas where the ESI Scheme has already been implemented
